These are the Terms and Conditions which must be observed by all members of The Strong Girl Gym. Your completion of the sign-up process constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All activities undertaken in the gym are entirely at the risk of the member or guest using the facilities. The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. The proprietors reserve the right to make alterations to the type of facilities provided without notice and in their absolute discretion, and they shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except in so far as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion.
The proprietors accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained by any member or guest on the premises or in the car park, except in so far as such loss or damage is by law incapable of inclusion.
You must not use any part of Strong Girl Gym while under the influence of alcohol, tranquillizers, narcotics, or any medication/substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely or use equipment.
You must not behave in an aggressive, abusive, anti-social, or threatening manner to any staff or member; anyone doing so will be asked to leave immediately, and membership revoked with no refund. Please do not take photographs/videos on the premises or post remarks to the internet that may identify another person without their permission.
For safety reasons, members are requested to put weights and dumbbells away and to keep all machines and equipment clean. Wipe down kit before and after use with products provided at sanitizing stations.
Any member who has never been to Strong Girl Gym before should inform a member of staff. Inductions by appointment only.
If a member has a personal health matter which can be affected by an exercise program or by the use of the equipment, this must be disclosed to the proprietors at the time of the membership application or first induction or, in the case of an existing member, when any such medical condition becomes known to the member. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility or liability for accident, injury, or exacerbation of any symptoms of illness arising from the undergoing of a routine of exercises within the exercise program or arising from the use of the equipment or any of the facilities.
An accident book will be kept in Reception. Any accidents must be reported to the proprietors when they occur.
The proprietors cannot accept any responsibility for valuables left in the changing rooms, cloakrooms, lockers, and boxes or car parks etc. Cars parked in the car parks nearby are left at the owners’ risk.
We reserve the right to end any promotion without warning at any time.
Memberships will be taken by direct debit monthly. Membership terms and conditions can be found in the details of your chosen membership option when you register. A missed payment will mean access to the gym will stop until the defaulted payment status is corrected. The direct debit will be retried 3 times, and you will receive an email. You can also contact us to rectify any issues and bring your membership up to date too.
The owner's small, friendly hypoallergenic dogs may be present in the gym from time to time.
We have the right to terminate your membership to Strong Girl Gym with no refund.
If your Pin/QR code/Access is being misused.
We believe your behavior is unreasonable towards our staff or other members.
We do not, and will not, sell any of your information to any third party, including your Name, Address, Email address, or Credit card information.
CCTV Cameras are in operation throughout the building for security purposes, excluding our changing rooms and toilets.
Anyone using Strong Girl gym at any time trains at their own risk. Strong Girl gym will not be responsible for any injuries that happen whether the gym is manned or unmanned.
Children may be present only in the Child-friendly 10-week programs and are the parents or guardians' responsibility, and proprietors are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

An Accident book and First Aid box are kept at Reception. Any accidents must be reported when they occur.
MEMBERSHIP Upon joining, members are asked to fill in a medical ParQ. Any health matters that can be affected by an exercise program or by the use of the equipment must be disclosed at the time of the membership. Any changes in Medical health must be disclosed as they change.
Members must use their QR code or PIN number on each visit to gain access to Strong Girl Gym. QR code or PIN number is for your personal use only. It may not be shared with anyone else (we monitor all QR code/PIN number usage; any misuse may result in the termination of membership).
Change of home address, email address, or mobile number can be registered with the gym staff at reception.
GYM GYM INDUCTIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – On joining, we offer all our members an induction to instruct you on the safe use of the gym equipment. We strongly advise you to undertake this. The strong girl collective gym will not accept any liability for any personal injury if you use the gym equipment having not undertaken an induction from a qualified member of staff.
If you are unsure at any time as to how to use any piece of equipment, you must seek advice from a qualified member of staff before you use it.
All members must sanitize hands before entering the Gym, wipe down kit before and after use with products provided at sanitizing stations.
We ask you wear clean, tidy, none offensive gym kit and that you smell fresh. We don’t allow you to train in jeans, work-wear, boots, flip flops, sliders, or sandals.
For safety reasons, members must not drop or bang weights and must put them away after use away.
For safety reasons, bags are not permitted onto the gym floor. Lockers are provided for you to store your belongings for the duration of your workout.
Only Strong Girl Gym authorized personal trainers are permitted to train clients in the gym. Anyone else undertaking members’ training will be asked to leave the gym immediately.
